My room was a Seascape King Room. The size was spacious. The breakfast had many options. The location provided easy access to other amenities.
The night light would not switch off below both bed tables and in the bathroom. I called maintenance at 03:00, and the response took ten minutes. They could not fix it. My room did not receive fruit and sweets. The second room did not receive them either.

i appreciated the excellent service i received the front desk and housekeeping staff were always attentive and quick to help. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including 17 live cooking stations which i found excellent. the amenities provided in my room were also top tier far exceeding what i've experienced in other hotels.
the lobby sometimes felt more like a busy shopping mall rather than an exclusive hotel it was often crowded with people taking pictures.

the breakfast was a highlight featuring an exceptional selection of food. i saw many live cooking stations preparing fresh dishes to order. the options were extensive and included many international cuisines.

Service inconsistencies DETRACT from luxurious setting
long delayslocked mini bar
the service did not meet expectations, particularly for a hotel with this reputation. i requested shower caps twice, yet it took ten minutes for them to arrive. the night light in the room would not switch off fully, even after maintenance was called at 03:00 hours. the mini bar was locked because of a room deposit, quite an inconvenience.
